Job Description:

Need to collaborate, provide technical leadership and be responsible for development and other technical tasks assigned.

   

Responsibilities include:

· 
Lead the technical design and discussions.

· 
Manage and maintain Dynamics 365 platform.

· 
Participate in the D365 configurations, solution design review, deployment, performing analysis (where applicable), D365 administration security review etc.

· 
Execute on all D365 and related configuration and development work aspects

· 
Monitor and help to analyze data use, and job, workflow and API processing/performance.

· 
Coordinate business/system activities and perform impact analysis for proposed upgrades.

· 
Build, maintain / develop various application integration with third party and legacy/back-end systems

· 
Excellent technical documentation skills, may assist in providing client support and consultation and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions

· 
Grow and maintain the basic structure and core design features

· 
Advocate technical and business guidance within our team and across the firm concerning issues, solutions, workflows, functions, knowledge, improvements and enhancements.

· 
Get involved in functional (where applicable) & assist lead in enterprise level IT Infrastructure projects

· 
Develop and maintain effective relationships with technical teams internally along with suppliers/vendors externally

Good English skills (written and verbal)

Very communicative to work with internal and external resources

· 
Hands-on, committed, team player with a clear emphasis being able to work independently, driven and enthusiastic.

Self-motivated to continuously expand personal, professional knowledge. Professional with good organisational skills.

Experience

· 
Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Tenant configuration, management, application development and Deployment

· 
Experience with successful implementations (at least 2 years of experience on large projects)

· 
Experience in Power Platform (PowerApps, MS Flow and Power BI) and Integration with CDS

· 
Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 setup and migration process, implementation, Reports Dev, Enterprise Portal, Workflows, .Net, Power Platform is mandatory.

· 
Good understanding of technical / architectural application development in MS Dynamics.

· 
Ability to handle system performance management / performance improvements in Dynamics AX

· 
Ability to work in both team environment and as an individual contributor

· 
Ability to manage complex and changing codebase with multiple developers working within a source-controlled environment.

· 
Ability to manage, resolve and monitoring performance issues within Dynamics environment.

· 
Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in development lifecycle

· 
Proven understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design

· 
D365 workflow design, custom configurations and web-sync API (Dynamics certification preferred);

· 
Experience with Microsoft O365 Suite

· 
Understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints

· 
Experience with .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript and C#
