CBS – HR Operation – Associate

 

We help Lead or facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, etc, and make contribution on the related procedure improvement if needed

 

The opportunity

As you progress your career with EY, you will have the opportunity to work towards different HR functions, and involving deeply in HR operation.

 

Responsibilities:

· 
Lead or facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, etc, and make contribution on the related procedure improvement if needed.

· 
Manage external social security vendors' service delivery upon agreed KPI to provide quality service on mandatory insurance in & out, financial report, etc
Support on HR data and reports update and data maintenance;

· 
Be responsible for kinds of government data report and inspection

· 
Internal consultant role to answer employee question about firm policy and manager labor relationship

· 
Involve in Share Service Center process and quality control

· 
Assist to implement various people initiatives and project

· 
Support HR manager on Other HR related tasks;

 

Requirements:

To qualify for the role you must have

· 
Bachelor's Degree,Human Resources, Business Management, English or related area is preferred.

· 
Familiar with labor law, and Chinese and Expat employment regulation
Strong ability in communication and team player

· 
Detail oriented, Team spirit, multi-task

· 
Intelligent, self-motivated individual and be responsible

· 
Good communication skill both in Chinese and English

· 
Good computer skills are required, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc;

Ideally, you’ll also have

· 
Good English skills
