Job description

Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

responsibilities:

 

1. Be responsible for some important paper printings and important letters & packages' receiving and dispatching;

2. monthly updating office seating plan and offering floor plan when necessary;

3. timely reporting for and supervising office devices maintenance;  

4. Preparing necessary devices and testing equipment for events support.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. College diploma holder with science and technology major;

2. Approximately one year's related  office back-up work experience, fresh graduates also considerable;

3. Good command of Chinese expression, and familiar with English, Cantonese speaker is preferred;

4. Person of honesty, patience and responsibility;

 

岗位职责:

1. 负责重要文件的打印和重要信件包裹的收发;

2. 每月更新公司座位平面图,在必要的时候提供装修平面图;

3. 及时报修并监督维修办公室设备;

4. 提前准备活动所需设备,做好活动管后勤支持。

 

任职资格:

1. 理工类专业大专及以上文凭;

2. 一年左右相关行政后勤工作经验,应届毕业生亦可考虑;

3. 中文表达优秀,熟悉英文,会粤语者优先;

4. 诚实,耐心,工作有责任感。
