Job description

  Graduate in BE/B.Tech/ MCA/MSC
·  Statistical Expert – 3-5 Years in experience in in performing Statistical Analysis & implementing High Maturity Practices in projects in line with CMMI DEV Ver1.3/2.0
· 
·  Analyze the various metrics data of projects, and validating for suitability to define a Process Performance Baseline
·  Define and Release of Process Performance Baseline Reports with the latest trends of various Measures Collected across the Organization.
·  Define and Release the Process Prediction Models, for predicting various Key Measures in the Projects
·  Responsible for Suggesting Organization Quality Goals related to Schedule, Efforts, Defects, Productivity, Review Efficiency and so on periodically based on PPB
·  Being part of the SEPG Group, involved in Brainstorming sessions/meetings for modifications to be done to QMS in line with CMMI DEV V1.3/2.0
·  Train the Project and Departments on the following:
·  New version of CMM V2.0
·  Session on High Maturity Practices
·  Session on Process Performance Baselines
·  Session on Process Performance Models
·  Session on Causal Analysis and Resolution Processes

CMMI Level 5, Ver 1.3/2.0 Benchmark Assessment
·  Held the role of Assessment Team Member for CMMI DEV High Maturity Benchmark Assessment.Experience in attending CMMI DEV High Maturity Benchmark Assessment. interviews as part of QA Team and Metrics Team Functional Area Representative
·  Attended trainings held by the Lead Assessor on CMMI DEV V1.3/2.0
·  Involvement in the preparation of PIID (Practice Implementation Indicator Description) Checklists, to be used during the Final Assessment.
