What to expect

You will work with your clients and project teams to identify the root cause of problems, co-develop solutions, and engage with key stakeholders to monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure continued alignment on expected outcomes.
As part of the Health team , you’ll help hospitals or health insurance companies solve financial and operational issues. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead work streams within large client engagements, working directly with clients to present your findings by synthesizing data and analysis. Right now this industry is going through rapid growth, so as Consultants, our clients look to us to manage change and help solve the challenges that they face. · Strong healthcare knowledge at either payer or provider level

The team prefers candidates with the following:
· Deep technical skillsets in one or more areas:
· Data science programming experience preferably in R, Python, SAS, or Tensorflow
· Strong skills in Mathematics (Statistics, Probability Theory) with hands-on development skills (Machine Learning)
· Big data skills such as Hadoop, Spark, Neo4j, Kafka, Storm, Hive or noSQL
· Experience using business intelligence tools – ETL, SQL, data wrangling
· Experience with data and systems architecture (APIs, messaging, etc)
· Experience with building UIs to drive decisions – Tableau, Spotfire, d3.js
· Experience with solution architecture and data platform design patterns
· Experience with master data management and data governance
· Interest in data storytelling and how people make decisions with data
· Ability to connect “big-picture” industry and market trends to client’s business problem
· A “can-do” attitude to learn new tools, technologies and business processes on the job to solve complex problems

As a Technology Transformation professional, you will help guide c-level executive leaders in the strategic direction for technology in their organization. You will be an integral member of engagement teams, where you’ll lead client interviews, conduct research, financial analysis, and develop executive level presentations for the c-level executive suite. Through these engagements, you’ll be exposed to various technology domains including technology strategy, operating models design, IT cost optimization, IT assessments and enterprise architecture. You’ll support complex initiatives encompassing large scale IT transformations, design, assessments, optimization, and process improvement engagements. . You’ll also have the opportunity to improve your skillset by learning and applying various industry models and frameworks to provide Consulting services to the clients. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to build expertise in leading edge technologies/concepts like DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, Block Chain, etc. At the same time, you’ll actively contribute to internal practice initiatives like building thought capital, developing methodologies, supporting recruiting and training needs, and driving community activities. As part of the Finance team you’ll be a work stream leader, taking control of sub-sets of complex projects and leading junior staff within your team. You’ll be seen as the leading expert on your engagement, in the piece of the project you own, so you’ll need to understand the intricacies of each project and desired objectives, and eventually credibility among seniors to show equity of work and progress. As part of the Program Management team, you will be helping clients with critical business needs performing activities that span across our broad spectrum of capabilities. The team focuses on:
· The design of business solutions leveraging project and portfolio management processes and tools. This includes the analysis of business, process and organizational needs, the design of solutions including new project portfolio management methodologies and software tools, and the activation of these solutions across the organization.
· The management of complex programs that are transforming out clients’ organizations. This includes the management of complex cross-functional teams, the control of all aspects of the program such as scope, budget or risks, and the ownership of advanced program management responsibilities such as stakeholder management and realization of business objectives.

Preferred qualifications may include
· A bachelor’s degree and approximately 3-7 years of related work experience
· Pursuing a MBA, MS, MHA, MPA or PhD degree
· Pursuing and advanced degree in a quantitative or technology related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Operations Research ( This bullet is only specific to Data and Analytics )
· A collaborative approach to work, and the motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges
· A genuine interest in solving complex business problems
· Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences

· Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs
· A willingness and ability to travel up to 80% to client sites
