Academic Qualification
CFA or MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a good academic background
Experience
• Required
The candidate should have:
• 1 – 3 years of relevant post qualification experience
• High team orientation
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication both written and oral (including report writing)
• Strong analytical skills
• Consulting type pitch book presentation skills mandatory
• Should be well versed in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Significant amount of initiative

• Preferred
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with the large consulting firms, Big Four, reputed Investment Banks or IR roles in companies
• Candidates with experience in Investor Relations
Roles/Responsibilities
• Financial analysis (50% of this role is data analysis and its interpretation, translating into advisory)
• Provide support to the team in efficiency and productivity of managing an engagement
• Prepare strong consulting type pitch books
• Help in preparing qualitative reports
• Independent charge of client engagements
• Prepare deliverables for engagements
