Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. The Opportunity
The candidate will be part of our marketing operations team and responsible for supporting our go-to-market managers in delivering and reporting on marketing and media programs.
Your key responsibilities
·
Support managers in developing and administering marketing events and collaterals to professional standards
· Supporting tracking and measurement of project deliverables
·
Work with the business to data-mine and build and maintain customer contact lists
· Support marketing operations innovation projects
· Support day-to-day media monitoring duties
Skills and attributes for success

· Proficiency in MS office applications
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Good excel and power points skills
·
Ability to multi-task as well as work independently and in a team
· Ability to work under pressure.

To qualify for the role, you must have
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent
·
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing operations or events administration role
·
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English, with a flair of reaching out to people of all levels
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Prior experience in CRM tools
