Your Key responsibility :

Lead Experience Management function and responsible for Capacity Planning, Supply and internal fulfilment
·
Drive tools, Technology and strategy for People Supply chain
·
Periodical streamline and optimize processes of Workforce Management
·
Optimize Talent pools and maximum internal fulfilment , define use cases for effective sourcing channels
·
Improving Technology in alignment with business goals and industry best practices
·
Bench Management and deployment
·
Enable Cross skilling and deployment by working closely with Talent Development
Skills and Attributes for Success
·
Experience in defining strategies for Fulfilment, Turn-around-time, Conversion, Cost optimization, Productivity optimization, Channel usage
·
Keeping track of fulfilment metrics (e.g. Internal vs external & time to fill, and cost)
·
Knowledge of PSCM Tools and techniques impacting cost and revenue
·
Expertise in Process mapping, gap analysis and defining methodology to bridge gaps
·
Leadership Experience and skills
·
Great communication and negotiation skills
·
Workforce planning experience
·
People Supply chain experience
·
Supply Demand tools knowledge
·
Work experience of 12 + years
Ideally, you will also have
· Program Management Skills
· Experience working with global stakeholders
·
Change Management experience
