The strength of our global network, combined with local empowerment and a relentless focus on winning in specific markets, means you’ll interact and team with individuals from various geographies and sectors. So whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

About the Opportunity

Our clients operate in a world where achieving and sustaining performance is more difficult than ever. As a performance improvement professional, you will be focused on helping them grow and turn their strategy into reality. You’ll work in high-performing teams that drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring you play your part in building a better working world.

Whether you’re in Customer, Finance, Program Management, Strategy or Supply Chain & Operations, we’ll support you to develop the skills, knowledge and experience to succeed.

Your key responsibilities

Customer

In a world of dramatic and fast-paced change, the ability to retain existing customers and attract new ones is critical. As a customer advisory professional, you’ll provide clients with a strong analytical framework to transform their sales and drive sustainable growth. Joining one of our high-performing, globally integrated teams, you’ll work closely with our clients’ marketing, sales and customer service functions, helping to ensure they interact effectively with their customer base.

Finance

As markets rapidly change and develop, finance functions must demonstrate real added value to their business. As a finance advisor, you’ll use your experience and knowledge to help deliver greater insight – delivering functional efficiencies as well as transforming the role of finance in our clients’ businesses. You’ll be developing innovative, sustainable ways to improve the management of people, processes and systems, working alongside other finance professionals in high-performing teams.

Program Management
All organizations globally are in a constant state of change. The frequency of change required is increasing and the turnaround time to achieve the necessary outcomes is decreasing exponentially. The more successful a company is in implementing and managing this change, the more it will pull away from its competitors and achieve market dominance. As a program management practitioner at EY, you will help organizations deliver successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs, be it in Information Technology, Business Transformation or Capital Investment. Working in a globally integrated team, you can also work in a variety of industry sectors.

Strategy
In an ever-more volatile and unpredictable world, making the right strategic decisions is key to successful and sustained business performance. As a strategic direction advisor, you’ll use your analytical ability to translate the corporate strategy of leading organizations into meaningful change. Working in high-performing teams, you’ll help clients develop growth strategies, improve strategic decision-making and planning, define more effective operating models and develop strategic profit improvement initiatives.

Supply Chain and Operations

As new markets open up and technology advances at a dramatic pace, the world of supply chain and operations is becoming increasingly complex. At the same time, clients understand just how vital effective, sustainable operational management is to their global success. As a supply chain and operations professional, you’ll use your analytical insight to drive our clients’ global business performance. Working as part of a high-performing team, you’ll deliver exceptional client service and help leading organizations improve their planning, design, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, fulfillment, operations and services processes.
