EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS) works with the world's leading organisations and public sector clients on their people agenda throughout the UK and abroad. PAS is a global group of 10,000 professionals across 21 regions with local teams in 76 countries that understand the local markets and economies.

Looking at people as part of an integrated business strategy, organisations are able to gain a competitive advantage. We collaborate globally to address complex issues relating to organisation transformation, effective talent deployment, gaining value from evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR.

We design HR operating models, create engaging employee experiences, improve HR process efficiency, manage people risk and integrate transformations and transactions effectively.

We help develop HR technical strategies, integrate and support HR information systems and software which support broader business. We help our clients develop data-supported solutions to attract, engage and retain business critical talent.

Our goal is to help our clients achieve sustainable performance improvement all over the world, and ultimately, to grow global business with the ultimate purpose of creating a better working world.

The speed at which you develop and how far you take your career is up to you. We are a global practice and work with global businesses from across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world and as a PAS consultant there will be opportunities for local and international travel.

In addition to induction training and an on-going learning curriculum, you’ll also receive a great deal of on-the-job coaching, mentoring and support, plus you will be supported in studying towards the CIPD qualification.

Skills and attributes for success

We look for graduates who are inquisitive, analytical, ambitious and great at working with people. You’ll need to be a flexible team player, open to new challenges and learning opportunities and willing to make an impact on our teams and clients.

We can help you realise your potential. Our work environment is designed to help high-performing people thrive.
