Objectives of the role

Working with the BMM to define the Volvic UK innovation pipeline
Leading Key Volvic Strategic innovation projects : (new structure, new formulation, new sub ranges)
Signing off projects at LIM and BOC/CODEV
Portfolio optimisation (range/SKU count)

 

Targeted profile

- Min 3 years FMCG experience
- Experience launching innovation and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Able to deal with ambiguity and conflicting agendas
- Highly organised and able to manage complex projects
- Experience navigating FMCG innovation gate stage process
- Excellent influencing skills so able to represent UK needs with global stakeholders
- Able to navigate projects effectively within global ecosystem
