Job description

The Initiative Management Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all initiative-related activities within the organization. This role involves providing tools and work processes that consistently deliver all changes in a loss-free way. The manager will ensure seamless delivery of initiatives and improve speed-to-market.

 

 

Main responsibilities

·  Pillar Management:

Lead the Initiative Management Pillar to deliver start-ups for all changes in a way that improves speed-to-market and accelerates IWS progression.

Eliminate defects, rework, and losses in delivery of change by providing tools and standard work processes.

 

·  Project Objectives:

Achieve supply chain success criteria including safety, quality, production, cost, delivery, and morale.

Develop standards and capability to create defect-free designs before they are built.

 

·  Initiative Organization and Capability:

Ensure operations understand the project scope and execution strategy.

Conduct manufacturing readiness and risk assessments.

Establish and communicate operations success criteria and results.

 

·  Detailed Initiative Plan:

Develop integrated action plans, pre-production budgets, and overall execution schedules.

Manage technology transfer and training requirements.

 

·  Small Projects Management:

Oversee small projects.

Apply Global Start Up Management capability to execute all changes flawlessly.

 

·  Change Management:

Implement change management master plans and dashboards to sequence changes and resources.

Review project status, communicate schedules, and request help as needed.

 

·  Global Start-Up Management:

Achieve the fastest possible start of production from all changes while meeting established operation and project success criteria.

 

·  Skills and Needs Assessment:

Identify and prioritize current and future skill and knowledge training needs

 

Educational Background

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Procurement, Operations, Engineering, R&I or another relevant subject 

 

Technical Skills and Experiences required

·  At least 3 years’ experience in Operations / R&I / C&P in a project related role
·  Experience using MS Word, Excel, Power Point
·  Experience in SAP and BI (Business Intelligence) is preferred
·  Big affinity for understanding processes and interactions of product on process and vice versa
·  Knowledge of IWS and P&G standards is a plus

·  Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and readiness assessments.
·  Excellent leadership and communication skills.
·  Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
·  This role requires a proactive approach to managing initiatives and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
·  The Initiative Management Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects and initiatives.
