Danone Canada is looking for a Total Rewards Advisor - Danone Canada - 6 months temporary contract in Boucherville.
Total Rewards Advisor – Danone Canada – 6 months temporary contract
This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Compensation, of North America (NORAM). This position is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Compensation & Benefits professional he/she will support the development and implementation of various Total Reward programs and procedures.
As Total Rewards Advisor, you will be accountable for:
Compensation:
· Manage the Canadian compensation program to ensure alignment with compensation structures, current industry trends and business needs.
· Manage the 2020 Pay Equity Act exercise in Québec.
· Collaborate with HR Business Partners to conduct job and market evaluations and provide input and guidance on new hire offers, promotions and other compensation matters.
· Conduct Annual Compensation Surveys of different providers.
· Manage the One Share Program for Canada.
· Complete the BCorp survey Compensation and Benefits section for Danone Canada.
· Manage the long-term incentives payments for Canada.
· Participate to the implementation of the new Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
Benefits
· Manage the administration of the group insurance and retirement programs, as well as the employee assistance program, for Canadian employees.
· Ensure compliance of the activities of the group and retirement insurance program.
· Perform the annual renewal process of the group insurance program.
· Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date regarding Canadian benefits & retirement regulations and continuing trends in the market, for continuous improvement.
· Facilitate the Retirement Steering Committee meetings and manage retirement projects.
· Plan the wellness week and organize activities and training.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:
· Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR, including proven experience in compensation and in benefits program administration.
· Bilingual (French and English)
