Senior Global HR Processes & Solutions Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Global HR Processes & Solutions Manager who will lead the digital transformation of HR and Employee Services.

Let's go into more details of your main responsibilities:

·  Providing consultancy, monitoring and tracking any changes made to Share
·  Drawing up and keeping up to date data and tool eco-system in collaboration with IT
·  Setting up governance system around CORE HR tickets
·  Coordinating and giving the final go for any global platform integration, including RPA
·  Updating and developing tool documentation and trainings
·  Defining and tracking KPIs on usage of core HR
·  Working closely with local and regional teams to implement globally agreed standards
·  Managing referrentials, working with data owners (primarily ES/HR admin data owner but also other BPOs) to ensure they stay up to date
·  Performing data quality diagnostics, defining rules for tool data synchronization
·  Defining and enforcing rules for mass uploads and implement & track SLAs with IT
·  Working with and supporting HR data stewards on simplification/standardization of HR data model
·  Being responsible for the design and quality of Share reports, as well as ES related KPI and safety reporting
·  SAP/Success Factors expertise - maintaining extensive knowledge of industry trends

We expect you to have:

·  Profound knowledge of Success Factors "employee central" as well as other HR modules and deep understanding of access management
·  Experience working in an HR or Employee Services environment and ability to put business requirements into technical execution (not as an IT profile)
·  Ability to decomplexify technical solutions for a non-technical audience
·  Project and stakeholder management
·  Enthusiastic, with strong convictions and highly developed influencing skills
·  Articulate with the ability to switch between “big picture” and analyzing the underlying detail
·  Understanding of system development lifecycle, software and database structures, testing cycles
·  Ability to document tool and training materials for different audiences
·  Fluent in English
