Internship (Procurement): Recycled Resin

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Recycled Resin team for a 6-month short-term assignment. The intern will support the team in developing tools, tracker, dashboard and enhancing data visualization using advanced excel and Power BI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of recycled materials and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and optimization of tools to streamline processes within the Recycled Resin team;
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators;
• Create automatized templates to support the team capabilities and improve efficiency;
• Work collaboratively with team members to collect data and verify data accuracy.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI, excel and data visualization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen focus on enhancing efficiency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork spirit
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

·  Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university); 
·  Ideally available to start in March 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week; 
·  You are fluent in English - spoken and written 
·  You are able to work from Hoofddorp (2 -3 times a week);
·  Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN

We Offer

 

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

 

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
