Job description

Role Purpose:
Co-building a category strategy with priority customers to ensure their sustainable growth, based on Danone Category Vision and retailer strategy
Key Activities:
· Building strong relationships with stakeholders in priority customers to influence the Category strategy based on key insights & put an action plan in place to deliver
· Working in advance with priority retailers to run range review processes, from the objectives set up, implementation, to the performance review
· Growing distribution and share of shelf for DUK to the benefit of the retailer's category Analysing the results of range reviews (e.g. distribution changes, share of space, etc.) and the impact in the category (growth/decline by segment, brand performance, customer dynamics, etc.)
· Preparing and presenting category insight & recommendations
· Leading Category Education projects internally in collaboration with the right departments & externally with priority customer stakeholders
· Supporting Senior Category Manager with projects aligned to our Category Vision and in reaching total objectives across all channels

Salary Bracket: €58k to €65k plus car allowance
