Role Purpose:
To provide a full range of analytical support and insight to the Healthcare UKIR business covering activity reporting and monitoring, sales incentive scheme support and ad-hoc activity reporting.
Key Activities:
· Gather and analyse internal & external market intelligence for reporting and insights.
· Provide business analytics from multiple data sources and create regular/ad-hoc reports.
· Develop and manage activity/incentive reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
· Offer user support and training for reports and systems, including new starters.
· Ensure timely, accurate, and usable reports/dashboards.
· Provide insights and commentary to clarify business impacts.
· Manage data products and resolve related issues.
· Support CRM administrator and collaborate on new reporting needs.
Please note, this role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:
· Attention to detail
· Ability to organise and analyse sources to provide meaningful insights
· Ability to use questions to understand a customers needs
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI is also desirable
· Stakeholder management & communication skills
Salary Bracket: £30,000 - £35,000
