Role Purpose:

As a key member of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, you'll play a crucial role in driving profitable growth through data-driven insights. You'll partner with key stakeholders to support and lead the operational management of our overall UKI company strategy. This is your chance to make a real impact!

What You'll Do:

Analytics:

·  Dive into data systems (IRI, Kantar, Blueplanner, Assosia) to uncover insights and recommend action plans.
·  Own and deliver internal performance and KPI tracking, ensuring we stay on top of our game.

Promotional Management:

·  Complete internal promotional calendar guidelines by brand/SKU.
·  Analyze promotional ROI by category/customer and contribute to optimizing our total promotional spend.

Pricing Management:

·  Develop and analyze internal pricing guidelines by brand/SKU.
·  Work on pricing activities such as price elasticity, pricing tools, RRPs, incentive curves, and strategic price indices.

Trade Terms Management:

·  Identify key opportunities to optimize trade investment with the Senior RGM Manager and Sales teams.
·  Track progress monthly through our Trade Terms toolkit and animate as part of our regular business cycle.

Mix & Portfolio Management:

·  Track and analyze portfolio performance by channel/customer/brand/pack on base and promotion.
·  Support the shaping of our portfolio strategy through the OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price and Channel) framework.
