Żywiec Zdrój is the leader of bottled water market in Poland . Company offers a wide range of still (Żywiec Zdrój still, Dobrowianka) & sparkling water and aquadrinks, based on spring or mineral water (Żywiec Zdrój Soczysty, Żywiec Zdrój Ze Smakiem, Żywiec Zdrój sparkling juiced). Żywiec Zdrój is a part of DANONE.

Profitable Revenue Growth Management is becoming a core role in the organization.
Due to the development of the team we are looking for currently:

Revenue Growth Manager

Location: Warsaw

Scope of responsibility:

·  Day to day support of Small Format and AFH Channels in promo planning and business case calculation;
·  Advisory role towards efficiency building in Small Format and Away From Home Channels (what makes sense, what doesn't from financial standpoint);
·  PRGM process and budget management in Traditional Trade to implement and monitor;
·  Customer visits in Traditional Trade channel (C&C, Distributors) with selling story;
·  Trade Terms optimization in Proxi;
·  Pricing optimization across portfolio of Żywiec Zdrój and Dobrowianka - monitoring, recommendations;
·  Price details in the company's system supervision;
·  PRGM representative on x-functional meetings, overseeing NPD implementation process within TGV - P&L sense check, cooperation with Marketing team.

Requirements:

·  Communicative English.
·  High analytical skills.
·  Financial or Revenue Management background needed - minimum 2 years.
·  Good understanding of P&L required.
·  Business oriented - goal driven.
·  Good interpersonal skills - i.a. influencing skills.
·  Innovative and independent although team player.
·  Excellent knowledge of Excel.
·  Access knowledge - additional benefit.
·  Selling skills / sales experience - additional benefit.
·  Experience in Traditional Trade - additional benefit.
