Research & Innovation PRODUCT IMPLEMENTOR (Determined Period)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced R&I Product Implementor for a project based opportunity (12 months).

 

Main responsibilities:

·  Projects Management for IMPLEMENT, LAUNCH AND POST LAUNCH PHASE
·  Supports the implementation, launch and post launch of local and regional/global development projects within the principles defined by R&I Management;
·  Actively participates in solving problems which can occur in the production flow in relation of the implementation of new development projects.
·  The R&I Product Implementer Europe supports the R&I managers in developing products according to the briefs and contributes to ensuring the quality of the deliverables within the deadlines and objectives set. He/she helps R&I manager to ensure the organoleptic and nutritional excellence as well as excellence in execution.
·  He/she assists the product development from the lab samples phase, the pilot scale up to implementation in the factory.
·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
·  Proven experience in R&D within the food industry, preferably in dairy or related sectors.
·  Strong knowledge of product development processes, formulation, and food regulations.
·  Proficiency in conducting sensory evaluations and applying statistical analysis.
·  Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·  Strong leadership and team management abilities, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
·  Familiarity with consumer trends and market dynamics in the food industry.
