As the R&I Product Design Manager , your mission will be to translate the strategy into new formulas for our products. 

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Develop new recipes using ingredients derived from milk cracking.
·  Validate new recipes at pilot scale in coordination with IDDC, following UX guidelines.
·  Provide recipe ingredient lists to regulatory to understand the legal and communication impact of the new proposals.
·  Execute and follow a validation plan for each new recipe in coordination with IDDC and UX.
·  Responsible for executing pilot trials to ensure successful implementation, providing robust alternatives that can be easily replicated at an industrial scale.
·  Be an active part of industrial trials execution, anticipating risks and proposing solutions in case deviations are detected.

To be successful in this role we believe that is it positive to have:

·  Education : Food technology background.
·  Experience : Between 3 and 5 years of experience experience at food industry.
·  Valuable : Experience in product design, pilot trials, and upscaling knowledge.
·  Languages : Fluent English and Spanish.
·  Skills : Focused on the task, excellence in execution as a must.
·  Availability to travel between 50% and 70% of the time.
