Job description
The role aims to support optimize business top & bottom line, with focus across promotional, pricing, and trade investment, by uses in-depth analysis and strategy crafting of the full value chain behind related commercial activities.
With a strategy in place, this role translates the strategy into guidelines & tools for CCD-Sales Team that reflect our understanding on consumer, shoppers, and customers. The role influences promotion, price, and wider marketing mix such as assortment & display to support business growth profitably.
Main responsibilities:
· Develop robust business cases, prepare recommendations for Sales and Senior management decisions.
· Provide comprehensive analysis related to topline portfolio management: portfolio & channel mix, investment corridor, price strategy, promo strategy & planning, trade terms, and total cost to serve (Trade Cost).
· Develop process & tools to set the right KPI. Move decision-making process from volume/sales to business financial aspect.
· Calculate impact from actions on P&L for Danone and the retailers.
Internal Interfaces: PRGM Team, Sales Team (CCD, KAM), Marketing Teams (Incl. S&I Team), Finance Team.
External Interfaces: Consultants & researcher, Shoppers, Key Opinion Leaders, Retailers, and Distributor.
· Preferably having background in Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, Net Revenue Growth and Trade Marketing.
· Strong understanding in corporate finance & sales controlling
· Strong analytical thinking
· Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills
· High attention to details & accuracy
· English Fluent
