Role Purpose:
Deliver the plan for profitable growth and excellent execution at Sainsbury's and Waitrose.com by developing and nurturing key contacts, and leading internal cross-functional teams to create and deliver the company strategy.
Key Activities:
Customer Performance
· Delivery of profitable growth for both Danone and Sainsburys / Waitrose through agreed Joint Business & media plans
· Delivery of yearly internal annual, quarterly and monthly customer targets (RSV Sales, Profit and Market Share)
Stakeholder relationships:
· Deliver clarity of online sale performance tracking and ROI assessment of media plans
· Build and deliver annual customer plans in partnership with Sainsburys / Waitrose team
· Own and develop Danone’s ecommerce network with Sainsburys / Waitrose to be their strategic partner
· Influencing and collaborating with Danone Digital shelf and shopper team to ensure content and media creatives are relevant for the channel
Customer Management
· Management of key external relationships to ensure maximum value delivered to Danone from investment
· Lead the development and execution of customer-specific plans for Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
· Relationship management of retail eCommerce teams
· Ensure we are the ‘supplier of choice’ by understanding best in class ways of working and consistently delivering category lead insight
Retail Execution
· Managing our external media agency to execute the Digital Commerce media strategy
· Monitoring, delivery and execution of PICOS and taxonomy improvements
· Performance Reporting across RSV, NS, MS & Participation Rate
We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:
Leadership

· Good commercial acumen with clear examples of strong P&L management

· Able to work autonomously to find solutions to challenges.
· Able to build their network and can engage others through clear communication
Functional
· Possess an understanding of Digital and eCommerce platforms, preferably within the impulse channel.
· Demonstrate the ability to deliver a demand-led Joint Business Plan (JBP) and/or shopper campaign development and evaluation, including ROI measurement.
· Ability to use questioning and listening to gain true needs of customer
· Good level of commercial acumen
Salary Bracket: £48k- £55k plus car allowance
