Master Data Administrator | Intercompany Transfer Pricing

Job description

As a Master Data Administrator, you will be part of Danone Global DBS Group (Danone Business Services) serving as a dedicated MDM (Master Data Management) resource. As the Master Data Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include: 

· 
Manage Intercompany Transfer Pricing (TP) master data requests. 

· 
Handle data creation and changes in Primo tool, an in-house system developed by Danone IT for carrying out TP uploads to related areas such as Sales, Purchasing, and Material, as well as interfacing decentralized ERP systems. 

· 
Oversee all requests, ensuring data accuracy, adherence to rules, and timely execution based on process guidelines and work instructions. 

· 
Support other core Intercompany master data activities, including cooperation with Organizational and Referential stream. 

You are a perfect fit for this role, because: 

· 
You have not less than 2-3 years of experience in Data Management, Finance or Similar Area working with big ERP systems, like SAP. 

· 
You have knowledge of MD workflow and data management tools (Service Now, Tibco). 

· 
You use Microsoft office package on daily basis (focus on Excel proficiency). 

· 
English is your everyday communication language, as well as Polish. 

· 
You have well developed interpersonal skills which let you build good cooperation with your team, and stakeholders at local as well as global level. 

· 
You are eager to learn and develop in a multicultural environment
