DANONE DUMEX MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME

We are looking for Malaysian fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Programme!

The Experience
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, spanning local, regional or even global teams. Across the business, we work closely together to create and deliver our brands to consumers while delivering sustainable social and environmental impact to the community. Digital

- Are you passionate about the possibilities Digital can bring? You could be working on different things such as consumer value journey, digital marketing or improving the company's digital capabilities as a whole, whether it's new ways of working, new competencies or new systems as needed by company priorities.

Strategy & Insights

- Do you love data and are excited by the ideas/solutions it can bring? You would be mining and analysing a wide range of data such as market insights, consumer journey, digital trends, etc. to derive insights and come up with actionable solutions for the business.

Regulatory Affairs

- Do you love a blend of strategic and technical advice related to regulatory matters? You would make important contributions both commercially and scientifically by giving guidance to the business to navigate safely through regulatory hurdles while ensuring we are being compliant to local laws and regulations.

The Programme

The two-year programme is designed to provide you an enriching first hand journey where you will work on real time projects to develop your leadership skills and gain insights about a global business.

You will start off as an executive where you will be rotating within and across two functions. The goal is for you to be ready to take on the challenges of a VUCA world as a Danone Manager.

·  A bachelor or master’s degree graduate with a passion to work in Fast Moving Consumer Goods
·  Solid leadership experiences
·  Curiosity to learn about the business and a keen desire to grow
·  Strong analytical ability with the desire to innovate and experiment ideas
·  Maximum 1-year full time experience (don’t worry, we don’t factor in internships or part time work)
