As Junior Brand Manager , you are supporting complex projects that contribute to Danone Brand strategy. You are presenting and executing creative ideas for marketing activities. To support the brand strategy, you need to build reports on brand performance and sales.

In the team of Anca Miron , Marketing Manager CEN you will work autonomously and independently on the brand of Danone/Könnyű és Finom in the Hungarian market.

YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Brand Manager will include (but not limited to):

·  Contribute to defining and monitoring brand opportunities, performance and situation on the market
·  Analyze industry, competition and market trends
·  Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
·  Giving recommendation and developing product solutions to meet brand objectives
·  Monitor and manage one of Danone’s brand budget according to given allocations and defined process
·  Partnership cooperation and building relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.

To be successful in the Junior Brand Manager position YOU should be:

·  Experienced in marketing, brand management or shopper activation position preferably in FMCG industry
·  Native Hungarian with fluent English knowledge spoken and written
·  Excellent in communication and networking skills
·  Proactive & results oriented, fast learner and accurate in you work
·  Open to challenges and able to find new solutions to grow the business
