A BOUT THE JOB  

 

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Dietician to join our Careline team. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract full time position , based in Auckland with a strong possibility of becoming permanent. In this role, you’ll provide expert nutrition advice, feeding support, and product information across Nutricia’s specialised nutrition portfolio, supporting both consumers and healthcare professionals.

 

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

 

·  Deliver empathetic, high-quality consumer support related to Nutricia Products across phone, chat, email, web, and social channels, while collaborating with experts to provide accurate, timely solutions.
·  Use your specialist nutrition expertise to support the Careline and medical community (HCPs) with accurate product advice, resources, and guidance for consumers and healthcare professionals.
·  Ensure accurate, CRM data entry and strict compliance with all policy and referral documentation standards.
·  Contribute to knowledge base and Q&A development, ensure consistent messaging, manage initial complaints, support product training, and stay updated on product changes.
·  Support key projects and initiatives as Careline representative.
·  Support marketing and R&I teams with material development, while aligning communication strategies across medical, sales, and pharmacy teams. About you

You have proven expertise in nutrition support with high level of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, and go above and beyond job role to deliver added value to the business. You take accountability for delivering quality and continuous improvement. You are a supportive team player who builds collaborative working relationships.

 

Ideally, you will have:

 

·  Qualifications as a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist with current NZ or AU registration; additional nutrition-related qualifications are a plus
·  Experience in healthcare or nutrition settings , with proven expertise in nutrition support and knowledge of current trends and products
·  Confidence using Microsoft Office , email, social media (e.g., Facebook), and digital tools
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with a warm and empathetic approach to consumer engagement
·  Strong self-motivation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
·  A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement in a regulated environment
