YOUR ROLE

 

The SNP (Supply Network Planning) process is a long-term cross-functional decision-making process during which the various Waters Europe stakeholders align on sales forecasts, plant operational capacities, logistics issues and financial objectives.

 

In collaboration with the Supply Network Planner, you will be responsible for: 

 

·  Consolidate and update sales forecast in collaboration with country Demand Planners during the Official Forecast loops on European and International markets, to align markets and factories with the company's medium/long term objectives
·  Consolidate and update the production plans for the Waters Europe factories
·  Prepare and participate in the weekly distribution management meeting, stock projections and logistics flows
·  Improve and transform existing performance management tools with Power BI, maintain and/or create dashboards and interactive reports
·  Propose and find ways to optimize collaboration between markets, factories and transversal teams: improvement of sales forecasts, piloting of customer service level performance and action plans, ..
·  Participate in tranversal missions and projects linked to the company’s organizational changes (ex: support the transition of the operational performance piloting tools to the Supply Execution Planning teams, etc.)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

·  Engineer or Business student Supply Chain oriented, minimum Bac+3
·  Availability from January 2025
·  Data driven: analysis skills for decision-making
·  Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to manage priorities
·  Good knowledge of Excel and related tools (macros / VBA)
·  Good knowledge in PowerBI
·  Fluent in written and spoken English and French
·  Good communication/ interpersonal skills
