About the Job

In this internship, you will be part of the international and intercultural logistics team of Danone’s Nutricia Global Distribution & Logistics department, specifically the Supply Chain team. Our purpose is to manage the logistical activities of Finished Goods (FG) from all Nutricia Supply Points and 3rd Parties to all Nutricia Medical Country Business Units, via our centralized warehouse in the Netherlands. During this internship, you will collaborate with various teams and support key initiatives. Your main responsibilities include:

·  Supporting daily ROW (Rest Of World) operations
·  Supporting and driving improvement in Carrier Performance
·  Organizing and scheduling Outbound & Inbound Shipments
·  Requesting and managing European shipments related to deployment demand
·  Creating and following up on Purchase Orders
·  Creating and following up on ASN Messages (Advanced Shipping Notification)
·  Updating Internship Work instructions when necessary
·  Assisting in Invoicing Checks including follow-up

As a Supply Chain intern, having an accurate and detail-oriented mindset will be second nature to you. You demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, are a great communicator, and take ownership of your responsibilities. You are able to work autonomously and are not afraid to reach out to internal and external stakeholders. Being curious, eager to learn, and proactive are characteristics that describe you. Advanced Excel skills are required.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

·  Enrolled as a Bachelor/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university)
·  Available to start in May 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week
·  Fluent in English - spoken and written; French is considered a plus
·  Able to work from our Zoetermeer office, at least part of the time
·  Must acquire a BSN number to complete this internship

By joining the SN Global Operations team, you will work with a diverse group of colleagues from multiple nationalities and backgrounds. As the structure of the team is constantly changing, you will experience a dynamic environment. During your internship, you will work closely with the transport manager and transport coordinators.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month. Please note that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
