Future Specialist Program in Procure to Pay Team

Job description
Main goal of DANONE FUTURE SPECIALIST PROGRAM is to hire young potentials, who will be offered 14 months rotation internships. After the internship, we will offer you Specialist role within our organization. During those 14 months you will, have opportunity to work in two different teams. This will give you wider and deeper experience to create your own preferred career path in international environment.

We are looking for a person who will support the Procure to Pay team in numerous non-core activities and projects:
· Posting purchase invoices,
· Processing employee settlements,
· Payments to suppliers and employees,
· Purchasing Process Support (IOPC),
· Analyses of AP accounts,
· Answering queries related to AP and T&E (internal & external).
You will be a perfect match for this role if you:
· are a student of economy or finance studies or you've already finished them,
· will find yourself in a dynamic environment,
· are opened, communicative and willing to learn,
· have a good MS Office command (especially Excel),
· know the basics of the accounting principles,
· have an ability to communicate effectively in a business style.
· have a communicative level of English and Polish,
