Nutricia Worldwide is one of the most dynamic and international divisions within Danone, operating in 48 countries with 55 business partners (distributors) together with the power of our team from 35 different nationalities. We are a growing profitable business that is truly diverse and unique.

 

In Nutricia Worldwide with our demand generator model we aim to encourage sustainable growth of our business for our Early Life Nutrition products (Aptamil, Bebelac, Cow & Gate…) in 48 countries within 11 different time zones in the following regions: the Balkans, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Asia and the CIS. We are business partnering with importers and distributors who represent our brands locally.

As an HR Intern, you will be involved in various HR activities such as cultural awareness, onboarding, employee engagement, employer branding and health and wellbeing. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team that consists of the HR Business Partner and HR Director.

This role will provide you with valuable insights into the HR function and help you develop essential skills for your future career.

As an HR intern, you are eager to learn, creative, solution-oriented and a people-mindset is second nature to you. You can manage multiple tasks efficiently , have  strong organizational skills and have the ability to work in a pragmatic, creative and digital oriented way. On top of that? You’re a people person who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

 

There are also some compulsory requirements:

·  Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
·  Ideally available to start in October/November for a minimum of 6 months, 4 days per week;
·  You are fluent in English - spoken and written; another language is considered as a plus;
·  You are able to work from the office, at least 2 times per week;
·  Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

 

As an HR intern, you will learn more about HR in a very dynamic environment with 35 nationalities. And the best part? You’ll be supported from beginning to end by your supervisor and will have the chance to work alongside professionals in the field. Together, we’ll build a healthier world.

 

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

 

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
