YOUR MISSIONS ATDANONE :   

 

This apprenticeship / internshipwill take place in Paris (75), in our superbHQ,as ofMay 2024.   

To thrive in your missions, your coach (aka your manager) at Danone,Randy MAGSANOC Capabilities & Cont. Eff. Mgr, will help you cross the finish line:  

 

·  Provide day-to-day project management support on Testing for Consumer-Driven Decisions global projects. This entails working with your manager, and the global, country, and category S&I teams in identifying and adhering to new Danone ways of conducting market research on ideas, concepts, product, pack, and communications. This role includes:
·  Conducting external benchmarking and collecting case studies on best-in-class approaches to testing throughout the innovation funnel
·  Identifying potential market research vendors and evaluating their strengths and weaknesses
·  Developing presentations and other communication materials to inform and engage internal and external project stakeholders
·  Monitoring the adoption of new mandated research tools and helping address barriers/challenges to adoption of new mandated methodologies

 

·  Co-lead (with the help of both internal and external partners) the development of People Development reskilling and upskilling programs (short, micro-training modules) for the Strategy & Insights community worldwide, as well as our business partners in the Marketing and Sales team among others. Specific deliverables are below:
·  How to observe and ask questions in consumer/shopper connection activities
·  How to read/interpret and action key business performance indicators (penetration, market share, distribution, demand power, pricing power, etc.)
·  Storytelling for compelling communication

 

THE BONUS OFTHIS APPRENTICESHIP / THISINTERNSHIP:

About you

  

You are a champion:   

·  Available fromMay for a duration of6 months 
·  You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university,business or engineering school 
·  Previous marketing experience is a plus
·  You demonstrate analytical skills, communication skills, rigor and you are passionate
·  Do you speakEnglish ? We need someone who is fluent  
·  Softwares:the pro of Excel, Powerpointand other relevant tools for collaboration, survey creation
