About the program:

Home Function: Quality and Research & Innovation

The SURF Danone program will be on 2 waves:

The first wave is for 9 months where you will be exploring the Quality function through leading different accountabilities and the second wave you will move to the Research and Innovation function.

What to expect during your journey?

·  Full Danone onboarding supported
·  Almost 2 years mentoring program and be part of a junior manager’s community
·  Work closely with different functions
·  Strong people managers that will be on your side during the program

About you:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical science, Chemical Engineering or any relevant studies.
·  Active involvement in extracurricular activities
·  Fluency in English spoken and written.
·  Dares to challenge and drives for transformation.
·  Influences and mobilized stakeholders through own convictions.
·  Understands self and strives for development
