At the DANONE Essential Dairy and Plant-Based HQ, we are offering an opportunity for students currently following a Master study to follow an Internship in the Global Strategy & Insight Team.
Our team is embedded into the Global Marketing department.
Our vision is to be the Growth Hackers for the organization who leverage insight for business growth, by being the objective , independent and inspiring consumer voice , partnering both local and global teams with one version of the truth .
Our role is to inspire, support, challenge and help shape marketing strategies and activities of our global brands.
Internship duration: 6 months starting Jan 2021
YOUR MISSIONS
· Help inspire the global and local teams throughan understanding of consumers and category fundamentals. The objective is to instigate creativity with trends and learnings in order to challenge the thinking leading to growth opportunities and consumer centric decision-making.
HOW? This includes conducting deep dive analysis into key consumer and products innovation trends using search analytics (E-listening search, Google trends) and third-party data (Mintel, Global data, Euromonitor…). Identifying key and salient learnings to be consolidated in inspiring and engaging presentations.
· Set up and coordinate consumer or market research to answer questions regarding trends influencing, overall brand positioning, communication but also innovation (new products, new packaging...) for the global brands (Danone, Activia, Actimel, Oikos, Light & Free, Danonino).
HOW? This includes projects and tasks such as desk research, market analysis, briefing partner agencies, designing questionnaires or discussion guides, data analysis and reporting, supporting the marketing team in reading results and decision making.
· Support the global transversal S&I projects
About You
· University or business school student following a master degree with a specialization in market research or marketing.
· In this internship, you will be expected to be trustworthy (as you will handle sensitive matters), highly accurate, with an extremely high attention to details, with good analytical and synthesis skills, service oriented, flexible and with high levels of commitment and accountability.
· You are eager to get acquainted with all aspects of the Strategy & Insights role within a Global Marketing team.
· We are looking for someone who can display the following interpersonal skills: team player, enthusiastic personality, proactive and able to work independently.
· You must be fluent in English.
