The Food Safety and Quality Manager is responsible for the quality and safety performance of some of our iconic brands, and ensuring superiority is delivered in any new products.
Key activities include:
· Working across category, monitor the Quality and Food Safety(QFS) KPIs for the allocated brands, including new product consumer and execution performance
· Report and animate the QFS brand performance to relevant stakeholders (brand teams, etc)
· Define action plan / projects to ensure consumer experience delivery
· Performing risk assessments for new products
· Ensure superiority is delivered in any new projects ( innovation/ renovation/ productivity/ renovation)
· Approve communications and artwork
· Liaise with the factories to implement the product according the key criteria validated and the requested level of execution
· Fostering a culture of quality within the cross functional brand team
We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:
· Food science, quality management, or related field.
· Understanding of food manufacturing quality and food safety, ideally customer facing technical/quality experience
· Strong project management skills and experience with cross-functional teams.
· Knowledge of regulatory standards and food safety requirements.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary bracket: £46,000 - £50,000
