In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions that empower our organization to thrive. From managing the entire BI lifecycle to developing state-of-the-art dashboards and analytics tools, you’ll harness the power of data to solve complex business challenges. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, combining your technical expertise with business acumen to translate data into insights that make a tangible impact. Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI strategy and solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
· Oversee data acquisition, cleansing, transformation, modeling, and integration processes to ensure data readiness for analysis and reporting.
· Create and manage scalable, interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Datorama, and Looker that meet UI/UX standards.
· Design and deliver datamarts / semantic models from the data warehouse towards the PowerBI environment.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
· Establish data governance standards and best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
· Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations.
· Monitor and optimize BI solutions to ensure they meet business needs and improve performance and usability.
· Coordinate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure the BI infrastructure supports current and future business needs.
Meet your future manager! As a Data Scientist you’ll report to Yury Lebedev , Senior Data & Analytics Manager.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a Master's or Ph.D. highly preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
· Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
· Knowledge of python and data manipulation libraries.
· Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Datorama, and Looker.
· Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
· Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and understandable language for all levels within the organization.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Project management and experience with version control tools (Git, Confluence, Asana).
· Experience with data governance frameworks and policies.
· Knowledge of specific industry data sources and structures (Nielsen, IQVIA, and similar).
· Certification in data science, machine learning, or cloud computing (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
