For our Nutricia Export Supply Chain Department, located in Zoetermeer (NL), we are currently looking for a:

Customer Service and Logistics Officer (Russian speaking)

(Full-time)

The Customer Service and Logistics Officer role, which is central in the Supply Chain organization of Nutricia Export, lies in Excellence in Execution. Being at the heart of collaboration with many international stakeholders, around 40 customers in emerging markets, is a challenge in itself with different types of cultures (Russian, Latin, Arabic, Balkan and more). You provide all stakeholders with service and information in a way you make sure that each party involved knows what will happen when, and when to do what.

In collaboration with the Planning and Customer Collaboration manager you will process and invoice customer orders and keep these up to date based on production and transportation schedules. You coordinate transportation together with factories and logistic service providers and at the same time continuously align all stakeholders by providing accurate information on amongst others orders, shipments and invoices to ensure a perfect flow of goods and information. You need to be recognized by management as a partner in business and be able to handle large volumes of operational work at the same time. You will join an international en intercultural Supply Chain environment. You are reporting to the Customer Service and Logistics Manager. You have no direct reports.

As the Customer Service and Logistics Officer you are responsible for: 

·  correcting entry and maintenance of orders in Nutricia Export’s system, shipment plans and master data.
·  communicating with distributors, supply points and logistic service providers on orders, coordinate exceptions, inform stakeholders.
·  timely delivering of all export documentation ensuring for instance timely customs clearance.
·  being contact person for customers and logistic service providers as well as internal parties like sales.
·  invoicing customers and monitor payment together with the finance department.

We are looking for a Product Sourcing Manager with the following profile:

Experience & Technical Knowledge:

·  Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Supply Chain or a related area.
·  Limited working experience (0-3 years), preferably  in a Supply Chain/ Customer Service role.
·  Experience in an international business context is preferred.
·  Fluent in English and Russian (must).

·  Handling big amounts of information is easy for you.
·  You take ownership and show commitment when problems arise and you don’t get stressed.
·  You enjoy building relationships and you have a strong focus on customers.
