Consumer Services Executive

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the  "Consumer Services Executive"  Take this opportunity to GROW together!

 

·  Objectives of the role required lead all complaints management system(local&global)
·  Managing consumer & customer complaints
·  Working closely with the global and local quality teams to drive the necessary actions
·  Representing Türkiye in the global consumer feedback project
·  Providing quality content support to the consumer marketing teams 
·  Representing Consumer Service in the crisis team
·  University degree in Food Engineering
·  1 year of experience in quality department
·  Good level of using MS Office programs
·  Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Client oriented
·  Ability to handle multiple tasks
