Change Manager (m/f/d)

Job description

·  Co-develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals.
·  Strong collaboration with leadership team as well as with cross-functional teams to assess change impact and develop communication plans.
·  Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
·  Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
·  Participate in overall HR activities / projects.
·  3+ years HR experiences with strong passion for People & Organization topics​ esp. on change management
·  Willingness to build close relationships through business proximity​
·  Excellent communication and facilitation skills as well as ability to navigate complexity
·  High flexibility, learning capacity, agility and resilience
·  Openness for regular travelling
·  Fluency in German AND English as a Must

Start is 01.03.2025 in our locations in München, Frankfurt am Main, or Nürnberg. The position is temporary (until 31.12.2026).
