CDD - Nutrition Dairy Science Manager (H/F)

Job description

The Medical & Nutritional Science department is hiring a Dairy Science Manager for a 6-month mission in the FMCG Science and Innovation team. The position is based in Gif-sur-Yvette (91) in Paris-Saclay which is at the heart of Danone Research & Innovation. It comprises laboratories and pilot plants at the cutting edge of science and technology, with employees working collectively to innovate on the dairy and plant products, waters and specialized nutrition of tomorrow.  The Medical & Nutritional Science R&I division aims to create value and growth opportunities for Danone around Nutrition and/or Health. 

 MISSIONS  

You will work on our double growth digit dairy brand in the sport and performance team. You will : 

·  Contribute to defining the scientific strategy : participate in building the scientific worldwide long term roadmap working in interaction with both international internal and external experts and engaging our key countries to land our new innovations. 
·  Elaborate and substantiate scientific narratives and positions based on current scientific evidences from literature reviews and expert consultations and animate our internal global network to valorize those scientific positions 
·  Develop scientific content and communications allowing future consumer communications by interacting with Food Law, UX and local teams 
·

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.  

You have a scientific background in Nutrition and/or dietetics, and/or food science, and/or public health, and/or health science and/or clinical research experience and/or sport nutrition 

You have ideally already experienced the field of scientific communication and product innovation/renovation projects 
You are able to collaborate with several internal (cross-R&I teams, Marketing, Regions & CBUs General Secretariat ) & external stakeholders and to communicate in an impactful way  
Your have transversal facilitation skills 
You are fluent in English
