Business Analytics Supervisor

Job description

Danone is seeking a Business Analytics Supervisor to drive a data-driven culture across the Healthcare Nutrition organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that decisions are made based on solid data and will focus on strategy development and execution excellence.

What Will You Do?

·  Organize and maintain accurate data for reliable insights.
·  Analyze data to uncover areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
·  Evaluate metrics and financial reports to shape and execute effective strategies.
·  Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments for smooth strategy execution.
·  Identify process inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to streamline operations.

 

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong passion for data processing and analysis.
·  2-5 years of experience in a related area as an individual contributor.
·  Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand and support business objectives with analytics.
·  Understanding of the Healthcare/Nutrition industry or related fields is preferred.
·  Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
