Bank Data Security Specialist

Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bank Data Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching and maintaining a high level of quality and security of Vendor & Intercompany Bank Data.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure Vendors Bank Data is validated by bank certification tool providers in line with the agreed SLA,
· Ensure all sensitive vendor/intercompany data aligns with the documentation provided. Resolve discrepancies with Master Data or/and requestor,
· Ensure bank keys master data is complete, accurate, and meets agreed quality standards,
· Being a part of the Global Finance Master Data team, supervise all requests and ensure data is created and maintained with high quality, according to rules, guidelines, and work instructions.
To succeed in this role, you need to have the following:
· University Degree or proven track record in Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Data Management, or a similar area,
· 2-3 years of business experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Customer Service, or Master data management,
· Good usage of Microsoft Office package (focus on Excel),
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,
· Perfect knowledge of English,
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
· Knowledge of Chinese/Mandarin/Bahasa is a plus.
