Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. The Logistics Finance Associate Manager is a key finance business partner to the Warehouse Operations team. This role supports critical financial and planning processes and works closely cross-functional partners to influence business outcomes. This role can be based in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO !
Responsibilities:
· Support monthly close and forecast processes for the warehouse team.
· Provide financial reporting and analysis on a routine and/or ad hoc basis to facilitate timely analysis of business results for entire beverage and yogurt networks.
· Work with Supply Chain Operations obtaining necessary inputs to update and/or create models to provide financial forecast for warehouse cost, including Pallets, Other Logistics Cost (OLC), and Loss & Disposal (L&D).
· Effectively communicate monthly performance, business outlook/drivers and risks and opportunities to finance and warehouse partners.
· Calculate, influence and guide warehouse team and other stakeholders on potential new business decisions.
· Partner with warehouse team to develop and drive cost saving initiatives.
The base compensation range for this position is $95-115k commensurate with experience. · You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 3-5 years of progressive finance experience, Supply Chain or CPG experience preferred
· You have advanced proficiency with MS Excel (knowledge of SAP, Power BI preferred)
· You have strong financial modeling skills
· You are strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
· You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
· You are able to work independently against tight deadlines and communicate across all levels of the organization
