Danone North America is looking for a Associate Brand Manager, Away From Home Activation in Broomfield.

The Associate Brand Manager, Away From Home Activation, manages channel marketing activation for Away From Home Foodservice channels. This position has responsibility for developing, implementing, and managing channel activation strategies and marketing plans across the full AFH portfolio, building channel-specific marketing capabilities, partnering with team members on key sales initiatives, leveraging cross-functional and organizational resources, and supporting financial and annual operating plans against business unit targets.

Provide support for channel activation strategies across the entire Away From Home product portfolio (i.e., Coffee Solutions and Better-For-You) within Foodservice channels (Colleges & Universities, Healthcare, K-12 Schools, etc.).
• Lead agency partners in the creative development of activation programming and marketing mix, including operator and consumer promotions, POS/merchandising, digital/social/print media, influencer programs, direct mail/CRM, and sampling programs.
• Partner with category marketing, innovation, insights, and Research & Innovation (R&I) teams to better understand Foodservice category/product trends and build activation tools to support innovation and core products.
• Analyze Foodservice channel dynamics and competitive landscape to identify insights, opportunities, risks, recommendations, and actions items that can drive growth and help achieve established business objectives.
• Partner with sales and key strategic Foodservice customers on JBP development; leverage strong channel knowledge to develop activation support that can help meet shared business objectives across all categories.
• Work closely with sales planning and sales to manage the Tableau database; leverage to better understand SKU penetration, voids, and growth opportunities across the full portfolio.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews, financial analysis, and assist with the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Growth Plan (SGP).
• Provide planning and tactical support for key industry events, including NACUFS, SNA, AHF, CIA Menus of Change, and others within the respective channels.
• Build effective relationships with key internal and external partners, including cross-functionals, sales, customers, agency partners, etc.
• Manage the respective channel-specific activation budgets and invoice processes

The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor's degree and MBA in Marketing or similar concentration preferred
• At least 1 brand management or strategic business internship and/or 1-2 years of brand experience post MBA
• CPG experience preferred; Foodservice/Away From Home channel experience an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams
• Independent, self-motivated and demonstrates growth agility
• Creative thinking with a strong drive for results
• Good analytical skills
• Results oriented and able to respond quickly to changing marketplace dynamics
• Ability to travel up to 20%
