We are currently recruiting a Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisor for our new Market Street Boutique. The Market Street Boutique will showcase Chanel’s luxury leadership in Australia, delivering a client experience unlike any other, whilst enhancing sophistication across all areas.
ABOUT THE ROLE
A Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisor (WFJA) is responsible for providing a luxury customer experience to achieve the mission of the brand. You will be dedicated to engaging the consumer of today and tomorrow, developing the relationship between client and brand and providing unsurpassed service to all our clients.

YOU ARE ENERGISED BY
Providing the ultimate in luxury customer experience to both internal and external customers with a focus on customer recruitment and retention. Success in this role requires a strong passion for luxury timepieces and fine jewelry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. You should enjoy building relationships, working collaboratively with a diverse team, and staying updated on industry trends and product offerings.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Focus on customer recruitment and retention. Engage clients and build long lasting relationships with them that reflect the Chanel relational promise

Equip yourself with expertise level of product knowledge while committing to personal development and continuous learning within the business and industry.

Provide after sales service to customers that further displays our commitment to excellence.
·
Possess expertise on High Jewelry and Watches and perform quality check and after sales follow up on the products.
·
Work closely within the boutique and with other WFJ and Fashion boutiques for expertise enhancement and encourage referral activities.

Work with WFJ Division, and the relevant divisions (eg IT, Finance, P&O) as well as within the Fashion division (eg VM, Marketing, Product, Learning and Development) in daily operations as required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
·
Previous retail working experience, with experience within the luxury or Watches and Fine Jewelry industry preferred.
·
Commitment to learning and development in the Watches and Fine Jewelry categories, but also across the wider Chanel business.
·
Good presentation with excellent interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills.
·
GIA Certification or similar qualification would be advantageous.
·
Passion, knowledge and excitement for the Watches and Fine Jewelry category, that is able to be passed on to the client.
