Location: CHANEL Head office, London
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Beauty, UK Region
Contract: Full Time / Permanent position

Your role @CHANEL:
The successful candidate will lead the implementation of all Makeup Campaigns in the UK Region to further strengthen Chanel as an authority in the Makeup market. This Brand manager is the expert in their given market and demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the market ensuring all orchestration and activity engages clients across all touchpoints whilst ensuring the client experience is always cohesive and compelling.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
For the UK Region, The Makeup Brand Manager, will guide and inspire the teams across the business, optimising marketing plans to nourish brand equity, maximising incremental business opportunities and ensuring campaigns are aligned with the brand guidelines and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
· Define the product positioning and Makeup catalogue for all Makeup campaigns and assortment for the UK Region across our omni channel environment, outlining where to play and how to win to optimise market positioning and connect meaningfully with our clients.
· Manage the integrated marketing calendar for all Makeup campaigns to deliver objectives for the UK region.
· Lead 360 launch planning in collaboration with UK Regional teams ensure plans are connected and amplified across all client touchpoints achieving business and brand objectives
· Lead forecasting and inventory management for the Region for all limited life and continuous new product launches and support materials, in partnership with Commercial teams and Demand Planning.
· Budget management of the Makeup promotional budget
· Market & Client Intelligence to provide in-depth knowledge of the market, with total mastery of the salient facts and the performance that drive it. Anticipate future opportunities via industry analysis, culture & trend forecasting and customer segment behaviours.
