CLIENT ENGAGEMENT RESPONSIBLE BRUSSELS AREA
In this role you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales and optimizing CHANEL's visibility with customers and sales points. Additionally, you manage existing customer relationships and motivate the store teams of our clients.
What will you do?
With your infectious enthusiasm, commercial drive, and empathetic ability, your main role is to support and strengthen our wholesale partnerships. Thanks to your strong customer focus and creative mindset, you enjoy thinking along with wholesale partners to get the very best out of the collaboration. Examples of our partners/customers include Douglas, Ici Paris XL and April.
Sales workplan:
· Strengthen sales points with sell-out, among other things during national animations
· Process orders (placing/completion)
· Support the customer in selling our products by generating optimal brand presentation (optimizing furniture planograms and testers)
· Inform customers about (new) products and innovations and provide the necessary product information through coaching and training
· Ensure an optimal situation within sales points through merchandising, compliance, and execution of the assortment. Protect CHANEL's image
Accountmanagement:
· Approaching clients and scheduling appointments both physically and digitally
· Regularly visiting points of sales and conducting evaluation meetings, creating and guiding action plans
· Checking stock
· Main contact for clients regarding questions and complaints. Proactively solving any issues, if necessary, together with the Field Sales Manager
· Following developments, trends, customer needs and wishes; based on this, identifying commercial opportunities and responding to them
· Building and maintaining relationships with consumers through the Client Relation program
Preparing promotional activities:
· Initiating and carrying out promotional activities for and/or in collaboration with clients
· Ensuring optimal coordination with the branch manager of the sales point by making clear agreements in advance about, for example, date and times for the animations
· Ensuring that the presentation material is in perfect condition, adjusting things if necessary
What we ask of you
· Higher professional education level and a completed commercial, retail or beauty-related education
· Full-time availability with the willingness to work flexible in accordance with the opening hours of our wholesale partners, with a focus on commercial days
· Residing in or near the Brussels area and in possession of driving license B
· Knowledge and affinity with the world of luxury makeup, skincare, perfume, and fashion
· Fluent in French, Dutch and English, both spoken and written
· Knowledge and experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
· Competencies that apply to you: commercial drive, representative, customer-oriented, energetic, independent, daring, entrepreneurial, hands-on, structured and flexible
