We are currently recruiting a Fragrance Stylist for our new Fragrance and Beauty Boutique to open in Sydney’s T2 Domestic Airport.

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Fragrance Stylist creates a unique, exclusive, and engaging experience for each client, at every moment and at every point of sale. The Fragrance Stylist guides clients to find the fragrance meant for them and reveals their olfactive style through our entire fragrance catalogue and offers incomparable fragrances services and experience.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Fragrance Stylist, you will embody the House and its values and be responsible for make our Boutique the ultimate destination for Fragrance by creating unique fragrance journeys for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Share inspiring and immersive storytelling & knowledge on all Fragrance interpretations (from all iconic lines to Les Grands Classiques, Les Exclusifs, Les Extraits, Les Eaux…) with our clients and with your team.

· 
Surpass client expectations by creating personalized experiences using the Chanel experience rituals to take the client on a romantic journey of discovery.

· 
Proactively invite clients to the boutique by recruiting and outreach as well as utilising the Chanel service menu

· 
Take ownership of your learning to become the ultimate Fragrance Stylist and foster the learning culture of the boutique.

Success in this role requires a strong client experience mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You should enjoy developing client relationships, driving sales, and staying updated on industry trends.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

A strong knowledge or interest in beauty and specifically in the fragrance category.

· 
Excellent customer service skills, preferably in a client facing position,

· 
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining luxury service standards.

· 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish emotional connections with clients.

· 
Performance-driven with enthusiasm, energy, and motivation.

· 
The ability to work across a retail roster based in the airport environment.
