Chanel are now recruiting a Boutique Manager to lead and operate the Emporium Fragrance and Beauty Boutique.

YOUR PURPOSE

In line with the Fragrance & Beauty vision and mission, the Boutique Manager leads an energetic and passionate team of people who are dedicated to creating experiences with our clients. Through a keen sense of business acumen, the Boutique Manager is responsible for all retail activities that contribute to the brand’s image and leadership in the market by liaising with field, corporate and global functions. They can think 'outside the four walls' and take into account the entire client pathway, including the omni-channel context.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

· 
Supervise the performance of the team, and guide towards achieving results and developing individual talents.

· 
Empower the team, give support and provide constant feedback on individual BAs during coaching or annual appraisals.

· 
Partner with our learning team, provide coaching and mentoring in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, product knowledge & expertise

· 
Manage boutique financial activities, including the approval of weekly time and attendance and the adherence of budgetary guidelines.

· 
Be committed to CRM KPIs and act pro-actively to recruit, retain and grow client loyalty.

· 
Ensure all customer details and data are recorded and maintained properly under the destined company database via the company device.

· 
Lead by example on the selling floor by creating tailor-made client experiences, personalized for each client visit, using the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting relationships.

· 
Consider the omni-channel journey as a whole and helps the team embrace digital shopping trends.

· 
Partner with the State Manager and HR to proactively identify, address and manage any employee relations issues in accordance with the local Chanel policies and procedures and share feedback on performance evaluation and appraisal.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· 
Strong retail operational skills with at previous experience in a management role, preferably within a similar environment.

· 
Demonstrated ability to create, develop and nurture a strong client relationships through outstanding customer and after sales service.

· 
The ability to coach and drive your team to success to achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets.

· 
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to empathize, motivate, coach and role model the desired behaviors

· 
Good level of computer literacy and the ability to work with changing technologies

· 
Outstanding personal image and presentation standards in line with Chanel guidelines.
