·  Part time Opportunity – 24 hours a week

Reporting into the Manager, your role at CHANEL is to be a brand ambassador who brings creativity and innovation to the boutique. You will help to create a unique and memorable experience for each client at every moment of their journey.

Combining business orientation and passion for the client, you will ne an artist of relation who contributes to the Brand image and helps build influence In the Boutique.

·  Create a tailor-made experience and personalized makeover service for each client using Chanel’s experience ritual to build long-lasting relationship with them
·  Share beauty trends and Chanel makeup techniques and tips with clients to inspire them to use Chanel’s makeup products
·  Coach and offer makeup tips to Beauty Advisors
·  Achieve sales targets, promote cross-selling, retain, recruit, and grow client return rates
·  Facilitate a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for client

·  Excellent Makeup skills and the ability to create many different looks.
·  The ability to grow and develop the cosmetic category through events and promotions.
·  Create ownership of client profiles and recall customers for new Makeup Launches.

·  Inspire your team with creativity and knowledge in the makeup category.
·  A high degree of professionalism and maturity in all areas of business.
·  Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with Chanel guidelines.
